My name is Jennifer and I am a full time teacher. I am renting a basement suite to a MATURE student who wishes to study in a QUIET home close to all bus routes that take you directly to all the major universities in Halifax. The bed/sitting room has a twin bed, bureau, nightstand, desk and armchairs. The kitchen area has a kitchenette, table and chairs and is fully equipped. A private bathroom is off the kitchen area. The suite has a private entrance. Grocery stores and other amenities are a 10 minute walk away. Heat, water, electricity and wifi are included. There is a parking spot available. You have access to washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
